Personal training appointments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or changes in personal circumstances.

The following applies to single classes, course-based classes, and class passes:

  • Class bookings are non-refundable once booked

Where a membership is cancelled, any sessions included within the paid period may still be used before the end of that billing cycle, subject to availability.

8. Two-to-One Training

For two-to-one sessions or packs, sessions are treated as a single booking. Both participants are expected to attend and behave appropriately. A cancellation or non-attendance by one participant does not alter the session status unless agreed in advance.

Clients are responsible for disclosing medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health, following guidance provided during training, and arriving on time and appropriately prepared.
