Welcome Plan
£160 for one/£264 for two
A simple way to get started with personal training without a long-term commitment. The welcome pack gives you time to settle in, build confidence and understand how training will work for you, at a pace that feels comfortable. Ideal if you’re new to personal training, returning after a break, or want to see how sessions fit into your routine.
Payment is required in advance and all sessions must be used within one month.

At home
Training at home is the foundation of how I work. It removes common barriers like travel, busy gyms and rigid schedules, making it easier to stay consistent and focused. Sessions are built around your space, your routine and your starting point.
Everything is kept practical and realistic, and if you do have any equipment, we can make use of it. My goal is to make exercise feel accessible, repeatable and easy to fit into real life.

Outdoors
Outdoor sessions offer fresh air, space and a change of pace. Parks, local green spaces and quieter outdoor areas can help build confidence and make movement feel more natural. Sessions stay structured and focused, with exercises adapted to the environment.

The Gym
If you prefer the structure of a gym, we can train there too. Sessions stay supportive and focused on good technique. Whether you are new to the gym or returning after a break, training is shaped to feel comfortable, productive and straightforward, helping you build confidence.
