I design and lead all of my classes personally, creating a welcoming and structured space where you can train with confidence. My sessions are suitable for a range of abilities, and I keep group sizes small so I can offer guidance, encouragement and attention to form throughout.

Whether you are returning to exercise, building strength, or looking for a consistent weekly routine, my classes focus on safe, effective training in a comfortable setting.

My Fitness Classes in Todmorden

My weekly classes take place at The Todfellows Space in Todmorden. I’m excited to be hosting sessions in this comfortable and fully heated space, right in the centre of Todmorden. It is a welcoming environment that includes bathroom facilities, and makes it easier to focus on training without feeling overwhelmed.

Each session is designed to be structured, supportive and suitable for different starting points. Group sizes are limited so I can keep things personal, offer guidance throughout, and ensure you feel confident as you progress.

Fitness Fundamentals

An course designed to help you move better, build strength and gain confidence. Ideal for beginners or anyone starting from scratch and feeling unsure where to begin.

Mindful
Mobility

A gentle weekly class for 65 and above (guideline only), focused on mobility, flexibility and staying active in a supportive environment.

In addition to my weekly timetable, I also host fitness classes at local venues. These sessions run as part of the gym’s programme and are delivered on their behalf. Booking, pricing and access are managed directly by the venue.

A Sunday morning session designed to kick start your day. Expect a mix of strength, cardio and conditioning, followed by a short mobility set to cool down.

Here are some of the questions I’m asked most often before getting started.

No. All classes are designed to suit different starting points. Exercises can be adapted to your level and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

Course bookings and single-session bookings are non-refundable. Please review the full booking terms before purchasing.

All McMillan PT classes must be booked online in advance to secure your space. Secure your space here.

Sunday Club must be booked directly with Physique Gym. Secure your space here.

The 65+ label is a guide rather than a restriction. The class is designed with older adults in mind, focusing on gentle, steady-paced movement, balance and flexibility. If you are unsure whether it is suitable, please get in touch.

For McMillan PT classes, payment is made online at the time of booking. Spaces are secured through the booking system and cash payments are not accepted.

Fitness Fundamentals is an 8-week structured course with the same group throughout. You receive ongoing support, access to a private Facebook group and clear week-by-week progression.

Wear comfortable training clothing and supportive footwear. Bring water with you. All equipment needed for the session is provided unless stated otherwise.

Yes. Classes are welcoming, small-group sessions where everyone starts somewhere. You will be coached through each movement and supported to build confidence at your own pace.

Fitness Fundamentals and Mindful Mobility run at Todfellows Space, Oxford St, Todmorden OL14 5PU.

Sunday Club runs at Physique Gym and Fitness, Hollins Mill, Rochdale Road, Walsden, Todmorden OL14 6SA.

Spaces are limited to keep sessions personal. If a class is full, contact me directly. I review demand regularly and may open additional sessions or add you to the next course intake.
